MEET CHIRO MITCH
Chiro Mitch was born outside of Buffalo, NY. His family moved to San Diego, CA when he was 10 years old, which is where he’s called home ever since. He played football, volleyball, and basketball at Rancho Bernardo High School. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Point Loma Nazarene University, where he played club volleyball and coached both the men’s and women’s club volleyball teams. He obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, FL.
Upon graduating from PLNU, and before starting school at Palmer, Chiro Mitch worked at multiple physical therapy and chiropractic offices where he discovered his passion of helping others through hands-on and movement therapies. He became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and started his own personal training business serving many clients throughout San Diego County. Simultaneously, he coached football and volleyball teams at his alma mater RBHS. To better help serve his clients, he graduated from massage school and became full body certified in Active Release Technique.
Chiro Mitch is married to his beautiful wife Samantha. Together they have two dogs (who are treated as human family members), and they just welcomed their beautiful daughter Kylar into their family.
